THIS IS A FULL-TIME, SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SUMMER 2021 SEASON (APRIL THROUGH THE END OF OCTOBER)

Mission Point Resort, Mackinac Islands’ only full service, casual resort is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Restaurant Supervisor. This full time/seasonal position is located on Mackinac Island and offers competitive pay, housing, other perks. The ideal applicant will have two or more years of experience in Food and Beverage, possess an upbeat leadership style, and have experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the Restaurant Supervisor is to assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the highest standards for customer service, food presentation and safety and sanitation are maintained throughout the outlets.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma and two years experience in related field required
  • Understanding of F&B Point of Sale systems
  • Solid understanding of F&B service processes and procedures
  • Understanding of state liquor laws
  • Ability to live and work on Mackinac Island seasonally
